We first use a 3D printer to create a resin model for the customer to try on, and then modify the belt's detailed dimensions based on their feedback.
For metalworking, we primarily employ 3D metal printing and hand finishing techniques. However, for intricate areas, we also use CNC machining combined with meticulous handcrafting to provide superior strength, surface quality, and long-term durability.
In projects, we first use resin 3D printing (using 316L medical-grade alloy) in the prototyping stage. This allows the wearer to test the dimensions and structure before final stainless steel production. Once the dimensions and structure are confirmed, the final component is manufactured through 3D metal printing, precision machining, necessary welding, polishing, and meticulous hand finishing.

Although pleased with recent attempts we will be optimizing it even further before publicly offering again.

Custom work requires collaboration. Occasionally, clients may change measurements multiple times or request structural features that conflict with safety. We always prioritize safety and realistic engineering limits. The best results happen when both sides communicate clearly and trust the process.
Is DSYT another one of your brand names?
We had a long-standing partnership with DSYT, but starting in the second half of last year (November 2025), disagreements arose regarding our product design philosophies and manufacturing processes.
The reasons are: we wanted to create more refined products, optimize our 3D model database, utilize more convenient 3D scanning technology to measure customer dimensions, and add painted decorative elements to our products. However, this involved significant investment in equipment and recruiting professional staff. DSYT believed that focusing on existing products and providing satisfactory after-sales service was sufficient. They saw no need to invest further in this complex project. The current cost and selling price of our products were already high, and upgrading the manufacturing process might lead many customers to choose other products due to the high price. Another reason was intense competition within the industry. With numerous equipment manufacturing studios, new products would be readily available for imitation, even mass-produced knockoffs with lower production costs and prices. This represented a significant risky investment.
Therefore, we chose to pursue our product vision independently. DSYT's manufacturing processes are renowned in the industry, but we aim to perfect our products, creating true wearable metal art pieces, not just metal crafts.
What are your plans for the future?
We plan to:
- Expand our lightweight structural designs
- Improve internal locking mechanisms
- Offer more modular customization options
- Continue refining long-term wear comfort
And we've developed a 3D scanner for measurement. A corresponding mobile app has been created, allowing customers to easily measure their dimensions.

Between December 2025 and February 2026, we upgraded the equipment in our production workshop, adopting more advanced manufacturing equipment to produce our products. We were honored to have a senior master machinist (from a confidential unit) train our workshop staff in manufacturing processes.
